1、 Treatment method of cylinder pulling

 

Prepare a little epoxy resin glue, gently smear and fill along the scratch of the cylinder barrel, place it for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle a small layer of talc powder, gently press it, scrape it into an arc consistent with the cylinder barrel with hard paper, and then place it for 4-6 hours. This method is only suitable for minor scratches. If the situation is serious, you'd better honestly replace the cylinder.

 

2、 Quickly clean the carbon deposit in the cylinder

 

Screw out the spark plug, spray carburetor cleaning agent into the cylinder from the spark plug hole, then tighten the spark plug, turn on the ignition switch and step on the car, and wait for the engine to run for a few minutes. This situation is only suitable for loose carbon deposits. If it's old ash, forget it. Slight carbon deposits can sometimes be solved by pulling the highway on a flat road.

 

3、 Skillfully remove the cylinder head

 

In case of a motorcycle with too tight cylinder head combination, first remove the fixing screw, then drop a few drops of gasoline into the cylinder from the spark plug hole, reinstall the spark plug, then bind the cylinder block and cylinder head with a rope, turn on the ignition switch and step on the starting lever. When the engine deflagration sounds, you can easily remove the cylinder head.

 

4、 Rust removal of oil tank

 

Use a small stick with a slight toughness of about 30 cm to bind one end with a magnet and stretch it into the bottom of the oil tank to scratch back and forth. After rowing for a while, remove the rust adsorbed on the magnet and repeat it several times. You can also fill the tank with water, add some small stones and shake it repeatedly for a while.

 

5、 Tank recovery

 

After the oil tank is concave, clean the oil tank first, then pour in soybeans with 3 / 4 of the capacity of the oil tank, fill it with water, and tighten the oil tank cover. It should be noted that when the depression recovers, the soybeans should be poured out immediately. If it is late, it may not be poured out.

 

6、 Rust removal of electroplated parts

 

Find a little ammonium acetate, put it into the same amount of clean water and heat it to 70 degrees, then soak it with a soft cloth and scrub the rusted part. When the rust disappears completely, wipe it with a dry cloth.

 

7、 Skillfully washing motorcycle carburetor

 

When the motorcycle carburetor is in use, sediment and water are often deposited at the bottom of the carburetor, which affects the normal driving of the vehicle. Here is a wonderful way to clean the carburetor without dismantling it: first turn off the oil switch, loosen the oil drain screw at the bottom of the carburetor with a screwdriver, drain all the fuel in the carburetor, and then turn on the oil switch. After the oil flows out, keep blowing air (or using an air pump) to the waste oil pipe on the outer wall of the throttle valve. At this time, it will be found that mud, sand and water droplets are sprayed from the drain pipe at the bottom of the carburetor. Repeat this several times to clean the sediment and water in the carburetor buoy. Then tighten the bottom screw and the motorcycle can be used normally.
